Foxtons’ Chief Financial Officer (CF)) Richard Harris has stepped down and is being replaced by Chris Hough.

Hough joined Foxtons in May 2019 from Deloitte and has been working as its Financial Director until now, learning the ropes of the estate agency’s operations and playing a key role in the financial management of the business.

Harris is off in April next year to become the CFO at casino and bingo giant The Rank Group, and is to spend the intervening period handing over to Hough.

He says: “Foxtons is a great Company and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the business. I’m very proud of the improvements we have made in recent years and firmly believe Foxtons is well placed to deliver success in the future.”

“Richard has made a significant contribution in his time with Foxtons and I would like to thank him for his dedication and positive impact on the business. I wish Richard all the best with his new opportunity.”

Hough will have plenty to do – the company is gearing up to roll out its brand outside London via a network of franchised offerings.
