Growing property firm lands two industry names
Emily Billson and Katie Lea have specialist knowledge of their areas and bring more than 13 years of agency experience between them to Fisher German.
Fisher German has appointed Katie Lea and Emily Billson (main picture, left and right) to its Midlands Agency team to bolster the firm’s multi-disciplined expertise across the region.
Based in Ashby, the two industry experts have specialist knowledge of the Staffordshire and Derbyshire markets and bring more than 13 years of agency experience between them to the property consultancy.
10 YEARS
Billson joins the firm after spending almost 10 years at an estate agency with offices in Ashby and Burton and says: “It is exciting to join such a diverse, multi-disciplinary firm that can offer a wide range of property services to clients.
“Having worked in estate agency for almost 10 years I bring with me a strong knowledge of the region and I am looking forward to using my expertise to support the growth of the business.”
Meanwhile Lea joins Fisher German from her role as a senior sales negotiator at an estate agent in Burton and says: “I specialise in the sale of both country and village properties and living in Alton means that I have very good market knowledge across the whole of the region and the wider East Midlands.
PROMOTED
The firm has also promoted Lizzie Hefferin-Towey, who has been at the firm for three years, to negotiator.
She joined the firm at an administrative level and says: “It is fantastic to be promoted to negotiator. When I joined Fisher German I hadn’t previously worked in sales but the firm has given me the opportunity to pursue my interests and develop my knowledge and skills.
“I have a varied role which involves both sales and putting together detailed marketing material for properties.
“The whole team in Ashby has been very supportive and I look forward to now progressing further within the firm.”
