Growing tenancy proptech signs up half of new LSL franchisees

Propoly enhances agents’ lettings business, speeding up the process as well as helping with compliance and commission on utilities and insurances.

Tenancy agreement

Tenancy progression platform Propoly has signed contracts with more than half of the 300 plus newly created LSL franchised branches.

The Neg revealed last month that LSL’s entire owned estate agency network of 183 branches would become franchises and that a new company would take over 23 of its branches run by some well-known estate agencies, with Southern Homemove purchasing the franchises from LSL for the offices currently run by GoodfellowsHawes & CoLauristons and Davis Tate.

FRANCHISES

The majority of the branches are now operating as franchises and the process should complete within the next few weeks.

Sim Sekhon, Propoly MD, says: “These agents clearly understand the importance of delivering excellent service but they also know that in today’s climate they can’t fall back on throwing more and more man hours at the job.

“Propoly is the answer and already we’re getting great feedback on how it’s benefiting their agencies.”

Jonathan Rudd, Operations Manager at National Home Move, which now operates 66 branches of YourMove and Reeds Rains, says Properly has helped to optimise workflows and that his firm is in the process of adding several hundred more users and thousands of managed units to the platform.

PROGRESSION

He adds: “Propoly is an essential part of our lettings operation and has been key to our success in tenancy progression.

“The platform’s compliance aspects, user permissions, multiple integrations, ease of use, and overall efficiency have been fantastic for our business.”
