Southernbrook Lettings continues its rapid growth across the south coast with its second major acquisition and merger in 12 months.

Following its successful takeover of the established David Seymour’s of Gosport and Portsmouth, the independent letting only specialists has now confirmed the merger with Cocoon Lettings.

Cocoon have a large, high quality residential portfolio covering the towns of Kingston-Upon-Thames, Guildford and Haslemere. This gives Southernbrook a strong presence now in Surrey as well as Sussex and Hampshire.
