Hunters reveals more about its Hunters Personal network deal

Agents earn 90% of commission, make a 70% profit margin and are free to work as they like without a branch

Hunters has revealed more details about the deal it offers those joining its Personal Agent scheme as it names the two latest agents to join.

The national estate agency, which was bought by TPFG earlier this year for £24 million, pays 90% of the commission earned to those joining the scheme. It enables agents to work within a territory under their own terms without a high street branch but under the Hunters Personal brand, in return for a £20,000 investment required in the first year of trading.

It also hoping to separate itself from other ‘hybrid’ offerings by focussing as much on lettings and it does sales.

The latest to join the network are Parmi Chhokar in Upminster, East London and Jamie Hendy in West Cornwall.

She is an industry financial services professional with a 15-year career to date.

He has been a senior property valuer in the local area for over six years specialising in high value and unique homes along with extensive experience in property development; both residential and commercial.

“My knowledge of helping people buy, sell and let property in an area I know extremely well will give me a significant advantage,” says Chhokar.

“I have also immediately established my Hunters Financial Services business, so I am delighted to be offering customers a complete estate agency service on day one.”

Hendy says: “West Cornwall is home to some spectacular high value properties, all of which require a bespoke and considered approach to marketing to attract discerning purchasers and landlords.”
