London investment giant launches own estate agency
Caridon Group, which until now has been largely a property investment firm, has revealed its latest business, Caridon Estates.

A property investment firm based in Croydon has launched its own estate agency saying it will be different to ‘traditional’ firms.
Caridon Group, which was founded in 2009 by Mario Carrozzo (main image) and Abbass Alidina, has launched Caridon Estates, its first foray into estate agency.
The agency, which will be based at its HQ, will offer a wide range of services including homes sales and lettings, property management, a guaranteed rent scheme as well as additional services such as probate and house clearance.
The new firm will have a ready market for its letting services, as Caridon as a group already has 2,500-unit portfolio of its own.
Launch promotional material for the agency says it will leverage the group’s “extensive experience in property investment and asset management… to help clients identify unique opportunities and strategies to enhance the value of their properties – services that go beyond the standard offerings of traditional agencies”.
“Over the years, we’ve developed an in-depth understanding of how to maximise the value of properties,” says Carrozzo, who is the group’s CEO.
Overlooked
“Our goal is to use this expertise to help clients achieve the best possible return on their assets, providing insights that could otherwise be overlooked.”
While Caridon Estates will have a strong focus on South London, its services will be available across the entire London region.
The agency will work with a wide range of properties, from affordable housing and new builds to luxury homes and secondary stock, ensuring that clients across the capital can benefit from their expertise.

“Our approach is about helping clients achieve more than just a sale or let,” says Akeel Alidina, who is heading up the new business.
“We want to offer them the tools and advice they need to maximise their property’s full potential.”
Caridon Group won ‘Community Champion of the Year’ Gold in this year’s Neg Awards.
