LSL launches financial services arm that any agent can use

Embrace Financial Services is the new financial arm of LSL and offers new income streams for agents outside the parent company's business.

Estate agency businesses rightly focus on winning new instructions and selling more homes but creating new business partnerships to offer better, more inclusive service, will reap rewards.

Embrace Financial Services is embarking on a new campaign to reach estate agents to highlight the ease of introducing a financial services proposition for their customers – and the many benefits, including attractive levels of commission, this can bring.

As a part of LSL Property Services plc, Embrace is an appointed representative of First Complete Limited (which trades under the PRIMIS brand). It provides a fully supported package to agents who plan to introduce financial services to their agency – or change their existing provider.

Don’t shrink your business – build it

With a national network of 275 fully compliant financial consultants, Embrace provides ‘on the ground’ advice and training, promotional material, website links and scripts to help agents introduce financial services. The added reassurance is that their mortgage and protection service consistently earns 97% satisfaction levels. As well as being ‘in control’ of the property sale or purchase, an agent has greater visibility of the mortgage process, speeding up transactions and completions.

Agents earn commission on every successful mortgage or protection insurance transaction arranged through Embrace, with no earnings cap in place.
