Property Webmasters is shoring up its position in the UK market after signing new reseller partnerships with agents in both Spain and Thailand.

A surge in international growth plans has given the estate agency and website marketing provider the ability to bolster its UK offering creating 10 jobs and opening a second office.

EMERGING MARKETS

And similar agreements in emerging markets around the world are currently under discussion that will add to the firm’s client numbers and provide a platform for the proptech firm to grow from international locations.

Jamie Arthur (main picture), Property Webmasters Chief Executive, says that the new partnerships represent a ‘key milestone for the firm’ and that increased staffing levels will allow the business to enhance its  overall proposition.

He says: “Property Webmasters is growing successfully as a result of the SAAS (software as a service) white label solutions we are providing to our clients.

“SAAS solutions enable estate agents to have the latest in website technology, including AI, with business generating features and seamless third-party integrations.”

TAILORED SOLUTIONS

And he adds: “These tailored solutions are available without the huge capital outlay usually associated with building new websites and platforms and are continually updated to remain at the cutting edge of what is required to succeed in an ever changing and fast-moving market.

“Our partnerships with like-minded and high-quality businesses across the globe is allowing us to more rapidly expand our market presence through enhanced customer service and proptech advancement.”

Property Webmasters recently announced the integration of overseas property within UK estate agency websites that allows agents to display thousands of overseas property listings, both new developments and second-hand property – improving the content and generating extra revenue on their own website.

Property listings are currently available in Europe (Spain and Cyprus are particularly popular), the Middle East (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Thailand, the USA and South America.
