International off-plan property consultancy, LH1 Global, has promoted Harry Hickling-Baker to Business Development Executive following a series of exceptional performances since joining the company close to 12 months ago.

Harry joined the firm, after a successful career in high-end hospitality, into the role of Business Support Executive, which varied between elements of Sales Progression, Partnership Management and Marketing.

In a short space of time, Harry has sourced multiple new opportunities for LH1 Global, played a leading role in supporting the recent rebrand and international expansion, including supporting the growth of the company’s existing global agent network of agents and IFAs in more than 45 countries across the world.

He was also heavily involved in increasing LH1 Global’s social media profile and part of the team that led the successful launch of The Residence, a grand regency-style development situated in Cheltenham.
