LH1 London, an off-market sales and marketing specialist for off-plan residential developments across major UK towns and cities, has promoted Tom Lilley to the position of Partnership Director.
Tom joined the property scene back in 2011 as a Sales Negotiator, quickly progressing into more senior sales positions. Tom joined the LH1 London team during the Covid19 pandemic as their Partnership Manager, with the mission of maintaining and growing a network of top-tier global agents during a period of such turbulence.
Within 12 months, Tom’s wealth of sales experience has enabled him to establish formidable agent relationships, building a traceable portfolio of clients, whilst significantly increasing sales of LH1 London’s off-plan developments.
Tom said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been offered this new role within LH1 London and would like to express my gratitude to Benjamin Hunter (CEO) and Rayna Hunter (Head of Global Sales), for the faith they have shown in me.”
MD and Head of Global Sales, Rayna Hunter, added: “This is a well-earned promotion as Tom has been instrumental in expanding our network of Investment Agents throughout the World. His management and personable skills are a total credit to his ability to run his department in an extremely professional and outstanding manner.
“Tom will continue to manage his client accounts and ensure LH1 London maintains the first-class service it prides itself on for our agent network and their clients alike.”
