International property recruitment giant Deverellsmith has acquired estate agency sector firm Broomham Recruitment, run by high-profile industry figure Nicola Broomham (main pic).
Her company, which specialises in the estate agency, property and proptech sectors, joins Deverellsmith as it grows via acquisition and Broomham and two colleagues are to join its existing agency recruitment operation, which has several big-name clients including Knight Frank.
The acquisition was advised by legal advisory and law firm Wright Hassall and is for an undisclosed sum.

Deverellsmith is unusual because it offers not charge traditional recruitment fees and instead takes a small percentage of each recruits ongoing salary.
