Estate agency software provider Loop has partnered with Acaboom, the cloud-based market appraisal 'toolkit'.
Estate agency software provider Loop has partnered with Acaboom, the cloud-based market appraisal ‘toolkit’.
With this integration, users of Loop who book appointments will experience a streamlined process. Upon booking, a pre-appointment presentation will automatically be generated in Acaboom, eliminating the need for manual administration.
The Acaboom toolkit will then generate an interactive presentation for the appointment, featuring rich market and property data slides, professional video examples and interactive floorplans, showcasing comparable properties.
DIGITAL PROPOSAL
Following the market appraisal, Acaboom will generate a digital proposal that agents can promptly deliver, complete with an embedded, digitally signable agency agreement.
All activities and data will be logged in both Loop and Acaboom, allowing agents to access a comprehensive dashboard on each platform.
