Proptech signs landmark deal with Martin & Co parent company
Onboarding and AML tech offering developed by auction house iamproperty will now be rolled out across the TPFG group's branches.

The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has picked iamproperty Movebutler as its preferred AML and digital onboarding proptech platform for high street branches Martin & Co, Whitegates, Ellis & Co, CJ Hole and Parkers.
TPFG CEO Gareth Samples says it will now recommend the platform to its brands’ franchisees to help standardise compliance across the group.
“This is of huge significance as scrutiny on agents continues to increase and we want to ensure that we’re providing the best options to protect the integrity of our agents,” says Samples. “It removes a lot of surplus administration, whilst ensuring they remain compliant, and allowing them to spend more time with their clients.”
Chris McKnight, Martin & Co area sales manager, is already a fan and rates both the tech solution and the team behind the platform. He adds: “It really simplifies the AML compliance process and takes you through it step by step, something I think all agents will welcome. Now that our customers can digitally onboard themselves, it’s saved us a lot of admin hours.”

Iamproperty has supported agents to onboard 125,000 clients since the launch of its compliance service, including more than 3,000 completed digital onboarding journeys since May – each in less than one minute. Other firms already signed up include Martin & Co (Derby), Robert Watts, DDM Residential, and Linley & Simpson.
Ben Ridgway, Group MD at iamproperty (pictured), says the endorsement from TPFG is a great indication of the quality of the solution and its ability to have a large-scale impact on the sector. Says Ridgway: “We set out to answer the pinch points within the moving process and with the launch of the conveyancing module, the benefits of iamproperty Movebutler are extended as we continue to drive efficiencies across the full moving process for all parties.”
