ARLA Propertymark announces Angela Davey as President Elect

ARLA Propertymark has appointed Angela Davey as President Elect, following Richard Selwyn’s departure due to personal circumstances.

Angela has 30 years’ experience in lettings and is Head of for Peter Alan – the largest estate agency in Wales. Last year, she launched their PA Black Lettings brand, which specialises in high-end rentals. Angela is also accredited to deliver Rent Smart Wales approved training and has served as ARLA Propertymark’s Regional Representative for South Wales since 2015, and Board Member for Wales since 2016.

Angela said, “I’m honoured to be President Elect. 2020 marks 30 years as an ARLA Propertymark member, I am looking forward to giving back to the association that has helped me so much. The sector has changed significantly and I intend to help it navigate the changes during my Presidency.” Phil Keddie, ARLA Propertymark President, said, “I welcome Angela into the ARLA Propertymark Presidential Team.
