Paul and Sharon Collins, owners of the Belvoir Lincoln lettings agency, celebrated 25 years in business in December and plan to mark the occasion in the New Year with a special anniversary event at their office.

The pair have come a long way since Paul worked from home in his dining room, moving to the current location in 1999, where the branch consisted of just the downstairs office, but now combines the upstairs flat and the shop next door.

“Those early days were quite challenging but nevertheless, we did well and by the end of the first year, had 50+ rental properties on our books, said Paul. “This increased to 160 by the end of our second year and just continued to rise.”

He added: “I’ve enjoyed my time as a franchisee, and all the benefits and support that comes with being part of the Belvoir network. Belvoir Lincoln is now in a very strong position to continue trading for another 25 years!”
