CKD Galbraith has appointed a new head of residential sales at their Stirling office to meet increasing demand for rural lifestyle properties across the central belt.

Jennifer Campbell will lead the residential sales team at the firm’s Stirling office with a focus on country properties in Stirlingshire and beyond.

Jennifer says, “Interested parties are becoming more decisive and are increasingly less cautious when investing in the type of rural lifestyle properties and townhouses found in Stirling and the surrounding areas. Therefore, the firm’s decision to expand the Stirling office’s residential sales team is extremely timely and I expect sale figures within the region to continue to gain momentum over the coming summer months.”

Jennifer will be supported by Eileen Lavery, who previously worked at CKD Galbraith’s Inverness office, Gareth Walker, Linda Anderson and Lisa Drummond.
