Connells appoints new Divisional Managing Director

A new Divisional Managing Director for Connells Residential, one of the UK’s largest and most successful estate agencies and part of the Connells Group, has been appointed. Paul Capehorn (left) is charged with driving Connells’ Central division, spearheading its ambitious plans for growth and strengthening both the business and teams within it.

Paul has 30 years’ industry experience, 17 of which have been with Connells. He began his career with the company as Branch Manager at Sutton Coldfield and advanced through the ranks, becoming Area Partner for Birmingham in 2008 and Senior Area Director for Birmingham and the West Midlands in 2010, before becoming Regional Director for the South East in 2012.

“There have been new branch openings already this year, more will be opening soon. Alongside our successful residential sales teams, I will be heading up very strong land, new homes and mortgage businesses as well as a growing lettings department.”
