The Connells Group has announced two senior appointments; Anthony Glasgow has been promoted to Connells Group Chief Information Officer from his role as IT Director, and Alex Bailes is appointed to the new role of Connells Group Head of Digital.

Both appointments will support the Group in meeting the changing needs of customers and a growing customer base by blending digital technologies with Connells’ traditional values and customer focused service.

Anthony has 15 years’ experience in the property industry and says, “This represents a great opportunity to build on our expertise in the delivery of frontline estate agency services, grasping the opportunity to apply new digital technologies across our business and support our staff in delivering an enhanced customer experience through our high street branch network.”

Alex joins from Countrywide where he held a number of senior IT and digital positions. He is charged with driving and developing both the digital strategy and existing partnerships across the Group and will lead the Group’s activities as it continues to increase its investment in this area.
