Connells Residential announced the promotions of three of its Lettings Area Managers to Area Directors. Mark Alvis, Karen Trace and Graham Weldon take up their new roles as part of Connells’ ambitious plans to grow its national network of lettings offices.

With more than 60 years’ combined experience in the industry and nearly 40 years in lettings, Mark, Karen and Graham bring to their roles extensive knowledge of the market and a host of previous successes.

Their objectives for the next year are to support Connells’ lettings expansion strategy by launching lettings in branches around the country and taking the number of offices from 128 to 150, expanding the lettings team within the company’s national network and developing the careers of those already in the business.
