CPBigwood seven celebrate
Andrew Winstanley, associate partner and regional operations manager for the Midlands & North, Kerry Shugar, senior property manager, and property managers Darren Yeomans, Stuart Styles, Catherine Ghaffoori, Jenny Holley and Samantha Simpson have all gained AssocRICS status – Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Andrew joined CPBigwood in 2006 after eight years with a large housing association. He progressed to senior property manager in 2008 and then associate partner in 2012. He assists in the running of the Residential Service Charge Department and manages a portfolio of properties.
Kerry worked for eight years in housing associations. She manages a large portfolio covering Birmingham and Solihull areas. Her role involves all aspects of management from site inspections to budgets. Darren has been with CPBigwood for six years, handling properties countrywide. Stuart has worked in the sector for a number of years having a keen interest in property from a young age.
Catherine has been with CPBigwood for nine years and works closely with house builders and freehold investor clients.
Jenny, based in Southampton, is responsible for a portfolio covering the Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Somerset areas.
Samantha is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and manages a portfolio of properties across the south of England from the firm’s Southampton office.
