JOHNS&CO, the London specialist in new homes, has announced promotions in its London network. Graeme Goessen is promoted to Property Management Director, Ashley Conaghan is promoted to Client Services Director and Carla Bradman is promoted to Marketing Director. All three were Managers within the business.

The promotions come at a time of steady growth for JOHNS&CO which recently opened a new office in Shanghai.

Graeme was commended for growing his team from one staff member to 12 in just two years who will now oversee thousands of managed properties and set up new systems and procedures to improve efficiencies and deliver better customer service.

Ashley Conaghan has grown her team from two in two countries to nine across four different countries and has overseen a significant increase in client services revenue during her tenure so far.

Carla has nine years’ experience in residential property marketing and has developed digital-first local and international marketing strategies to support JOHNS&CO’s growth from three offices to ten within the last three years. Separately Ashley and Carla initiated a ‘Women in Business and Property’ group at JOHNS&CO which meets to discuss gender specific challenges in the industry and how to overcome them.
