Foxtons double bubble for Chestertons
Chestertons has boosted its residential development and property management teams with two former Foxtons directors.

Foxtons’ former Area Director of New Homes, Mark Goodeve-Docker, is the firm’s new Head of Residential Developments while Foxtons’ previous Operations Director, Iain Bailey, is now Director and Head of Property Management.

Spearheading an ambitious growth strategy, Mark’s objective is to quadruple the size of Chestertons’ current New Homes department over the next few years and establish a one-stop shop for developers. Mark started his career of 18 years at Foxtons as a negotiator and then valuer before moving over to the company’s New Homes department, covering all areas of London. His passion led to his promotion to Director and then Area Director, where he oversaw the substantial growth of the New Homes team over a period of 14 years. Iain will be working closely with Chestertons’ Director of Property Management, Julia Lickley and the team of over 40 staff, by taking on the wider strategy of the department and integrating further service offerings for the agency’s clients.
Richard Davies, MD of Chestertons, says: “We are very excited to welcome Mark to our team. His extensive knowledge of London’s property market, as well as his expertise in the New Homes sector in particular, will present a real asset to help transform our New Homes department. Having worked his way up to director level, Iain showcases precisely the type of determination we are looking for in our senior team members.”
