Harry Hill joins proptech startup Lavanda

Harry Hill is now chairman of Lavanda, a new proptech platform in the London lettings market which operates as an airbnb host management service. Harry, ex-CEO of Countrywide and a founder of Rightmove, will help to shape the company’s future strategy and rapid growth.

Lavanda helps landlords maximise performance across their residential portfolios. Each property on their books is wrapped in a luxury hospitality experience in order to command the highest possible rates.

Hundreds of properties have signed up to Lavanda with revenues growing at 30 per cent month-on-month and they recently raised £1.3m in a funding round led by a private club of high profile FTSE 100 directors and angel investors.
