John D Wood & Co. have appointed James Burrows as Head of New Homes. James assumed the role at the end of April 2021 and will lead the New Homes department to support house builders and developers ranging from national plc clients to bespoke boutique builds.

The company offers end-to-end consultancy style advice and guidance on developmental potential for existing properties as well as buying and selling multi-unit development sites via their network of offices across London and the South of England. During the last 12 months, the company has expanded their office network and added corporate relocation, high-end refurbishment management and country homes to their portfolio of services.
