London estate agency, Johns & Co, has launched a new Residential Development division, appointing David McCooke, former Senior Manager at Johns & Co, to the newly-created role of Head of Residential Development and will be responsible for leading and growing the division.

The Residential Development division brings together a comprehensive portfolio of services and industry specialists covering every aspect of the residential development cycle.
