Specialist property manager Lee Baron has opened a new office in Bristol.

The office will initially house 12 members of Lee Baron’s Property Management accounts team and will be run by Ken Wotherspoon, Lee Baron’s Head of Client Accounts.

The move is a signal of confidence in Bristol as an important regional commercial centre with a thriving professional services talent pool, not least in accounting and in property management. Staple Hill has been chosen as the location of the new office due to its connectivity by car and bus and its proximity to the Bristol/Bath cycle path. The location appealed to many of those who were interviewed to join Lee Baron. Ken Wotherspoon said: “Bristol is a thriving city with an excellent talent pool of experienced professionals in our sector. I look forward to seeing it grow over time as we introduce other disciplines.”
