Linden Homes Midlands strengthens sales team

House builder Linden Homes Midlands is continuing to strengthen its regional presence by welcoming Karen Stockwell to the role of Sales Manager to oversee a number of existing and ‘coming soon’ developments across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

With more than a decade of experience in the new homes industry, Karen, a former marketing professional, joins Linden Midlands from the developer’s Chiltern region, with extensive knowledge and expertise in the new homes field.

After spending around 13 years in marketing and PR, Karen decided to take a career change to work with a new homes developer, covering maternity leave for a colleague – and has never looked back.

She said, “I fell into working within new homes to be honest, but once I become involved with direct selling and dealing with customers, my interest in property which I’d always had, and my love for the job in general, grew.”
