Boutique London estate agency, Wilfords, which has branches in prime central and Southwest London, has acquired two lettings agencies and their managed portfolios.

The latest acquisitions of South Kensington agency, Cameron Pearson, and Draper Estate Agents in Notting Hill bolsters the managed portfolio of Wilfords, which already handles both long and short-term lets across West, Central and South West London in addition to property sales.

To continue its expansion, the independent agency has set aside £500k for further acquisitions over the next few years.

Simon Welfare, co-founder of Wilfords, (main picture) comments: “Since we opened our first office in Kensington over 10 years ago, and now with the opening of our Wandsworth branch 12 months ago, the lettings side of our business has rapidly grown. We have built a great reputation with both landlords and tenants alike through providing a professional, personable, and bespoke service.

“We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Cameron Pearson and Draper Estate Agents as part of our Kensington offering, and we are now actively looking to acquire other agencies in Southwest London to build upon the success of our fledgling Wandsworth branch.”
