LSL Estate Agency has announced the senior appointment of Annalese Walmsley as the new Franchise Sales Director.

Tasked with driving network growth, Annalese will spearhead the recruitment of new franchisees and form partnerships with independent estate agencies across the UK, further strengthening LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s franchise network.

Annalese brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously held senior roles within the property and proptech sectors. In the new role, she will play a pivotal part in expanding the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands, offering estate agents the opportunity to join the network.

“I’m excited to be joining LSL Estate Agency Franchising at such a pivotal time,” said Annalese on the appointment.

“Our goal is to welcome new franchisees and partners into the network, helping them grow their businesses by leveraging the strength of our national brands and we are committed to providing the support and resources needed to make it a success.”

Calling ambitious agents

LSL Estate Agency Franchising is actively seeking ambitious estate agents to add to their existing 300 territories across brands including Your Move, with 150 territories, as well as Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Davis Tate and Thomas Morris.
