New CEO arrival at Chestertons
John Ennis has taken up his role as CEO at Chestertons. Having spent the last 23 years at London-based rival Foxtons, where he was one of the most senior and longest-serving directors, he is credited with training and managing some of the industry’s most successful agents and executives including Guy Gittins, now CEO of Foxtons and Jason Tebb, CEO of OnTheMarket.
John commented: “I have long admired the Chestertons brand and have been impressed by the business’s ability to adapt to the market and come out ahead of its less agile competitors, so it would be an understatement to say that I’m excited to be leading it into the next chapter of its history.”
“Chestertons has invested in its people, technology and systems to ensure that they continue to get the most experienced and knowledgeable advisors.”
John will be closely supported by Chestertons’ established team of senior executives, including Richard Davies, who has now become Chief Operating Officer (COO) after having led the company’s highly successful Lettings division for a number of years.
