John D Wood & Co. has announced the appointment of Naomi Hazell as Country House Lettings Manager as the department continues to expand.

Covering the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire region, Naomi gained her first insight into the luxury country homes market at Savills, where she worked as a Lettings Negotiator in the Summertown Office. She later joined Penny & Sinclair, where she spent nearly four years progressing from Senior Negotiator to Lettings Manager.

Most recently, Naomi worked at Carter Jonas in Oxford, focusing on the mid-market and build-to-rent sector, managing a range of client portfolios with a strong presence in the Oxford area.

Having grown up in West Oxfordshire, Naomi has lived in Witney for the past 20 years. Her deep-rooted knowledge of the local area, along with her experience across the luxury market, positions her to meet the expectations of high-net-worth landlords and tenants in the region.
