Spicerhaart Land and New Homes has welcomed four Regional New Homes Managers to promote developments across the UK.

John Munday (left) has 35 years’ experience and has already broken records for bringing in new business.

Nick Kerry (right) has joined from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Nick has 20 years’ experience in land and new homes to the south London region.

In South West England, Emma Cotterill (left) is at the forefront of the best ever year on record, bringing 20 years’ experience, most recently at Connells, as was Kevin Spenceley (below), who now manages Kent, bringing 15 years’ experience which has already contributed to his area’s record year.
