Solent-based businessman, Tom Soane, has completed his fifth letting agency acquisition in two years as part of his ambitious plan to build the largest letting agency in Hampshire.

Having successfully acquired Whites in Fareham, Taylor Garnier in Wickham, Tenant Finders in Southsea, YesCanDo in Havant, and Principal Properties in Waterlooville, Tom is already on the search for the next letting agency acquisition.

Tom’s company, Pink Street, provides an end-to-end service to landlords and property investors including property sourcing, lettings management, finance and training.

Tom said: “I’m not reinventing the wheel. My plan is to provide a solution for every part of our customer’s life in property and help them become anonymous landlords. From investing to landlording, from finance to refurbishments, sourcing to building a portfolio. The more we help our customers, the more valuable we are and the less they need to look elsewhere”.
