Senior appointments at Connells Group’s Land & New Homes

Connells Group has made three significant promotions to strengthen its land and new homes senior management team.

Roger Barrett is promoted to Connells Group Land & New Homes Managing Director, taking overall responsibility for both land and new homes across the entire Connells Group and leading a team of nearly 100 dedicated land and new homes experts, supported by a network of nearly 600 estate agency branches.

Iain Berry and Jason Howes have been promoted to the new roles of Land & New Homes Managing Director for Connells Group’s largest estate agency businesses; Iain to Connells Residential and Jason to Sequence UK.

Roger, Iain and Jason have over 85 years’ combined experience in the Group and extensive contacts within the housebuilding industry. Their new roles mark the start of a programme of investment into this area of the business, ensuring Connells Group retains its position as the first choice for the housebuilding industry.
