Sotheby’s appoints youngest ever Director

Super-prime brokerage, Sotheby’s International Realty, has strengthened its team with the appointment of a 24-year-old Jessica Moreton.

Jessica Moreton has been hired as a Consultant Sales Director, bolstering its established Prime Central London team. Having closed over £25 million in deals in the past year, Jessica joins Sotheby’s to focus on prime residential sales in Chelsea and Mayfair.

Over the past six years, Jessica has carved a niche for herself in London’s prime property industry. She helped spearhead and co-lead Winkworth’s New Homes division before joining Douglas & Gordon, where she swiftly rose to partner and earned multiple internal accolades.

Lifestyle-first approach

Jessica claims that her unique expertise lies in her distinctive sales approach – having cultivated a discerning client base from the ground up, she has built her reputation on lifestyle-driven marketing, using social-first showcases to present property as personal and aspirational, rather than simply an asset.
