Harding Green has welcomed two new partner agents to its broker model in London. Nicholas Baum (below) joins with 25 years’ experience and will be covering St John’s Wood while Tom Frost (right) takes on the Kensington area.

Nicholas plans to use his local connections within the community and extensive area knowledge to build his own business. Tom, who has worked in the property sector for 15 years, formerly chaired The Kensington Business Forum, setting up ‘Opportunity Kensington’ alongside Kensington & Chelsea Council and the local business community.

Harding Green helps established agents to operate on a self-employed basis, providing them with marketing, operational and compliance support in exchange for very low overheads.
