New estate agency kicks off recruitment drive at swanky London bash

IAD UK has hosted its first recruitment event in London attracting over 100 potential agents who wanted to learn about its self-employment model and claimed limitless earning potential.
The event at the swanky Eight Club (main picture and below) was a sell-out for the self-employed agency and began with an initial presentation led by IAD UK senior management including Managing Director Lee O’Brien and Head of Constellation David Kirby followed by a question-and-answer session.

O’Brien says: “We’ve had so much interest from all corners of the country already that we knew it would be a full room.
“It feels great to stand up in front of a crowd like this and explain the opportunities presented to them through IAD.
“I have been in agency for over 20 years. I’ve gone from working on the high street to setting up my own firm with David Kirby before successfully pivoting that model to a self-employed operation and now becoming part of the impressive IAD team.”
And he adds: “We’re already starting to receive the proof that IAD’s previous success across Europe will be mirrored here at home.
“We just can’t wait to get out on the road and start meeting great people and great agents in other parts of the UK.”
ROADSHOW
The IAD UK BOP roadshow starts in Birmingham next month (25th September) followed by Cambridge (26th September) and Essex (27th September).
Tickets to the free events will be available via IAD UK’s various social media pages.
The Neg reported in July how the international estate agency giant had acquired self-employed agency platform David Lee estate agents for an undisclosed sum and was using the business to spearhead its launch into Britain.
It plans to have at least 100 self-employed agents operating in the UK in the next five to eight months and is eying five times that number in just four years’ time.
