New North-West property awards for children’s charity

National children’s charity, Variety, has announced the launch of a new awards evening for the North-West property sector.

The NW PROPS, a northern-focused version of the charity’s popular PROPS Awards, will support disadvantaged and disabled children across the region.

Taking place at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate Manchester on November 30, the ceremony will offer a chance for the North West’s property professionals to celebrate their successes while supporting the charity through sponsorships and attending the Gala Dinner.

Backing for the awards has seen some of the biggest names in property who are pledging their time and support for the cause. Board members already include George Downing, Chairman of the Downing Group, Mark Hawthorn, CEO for Landmark Group, Richard Ainscough, Group CEO and Chairman for Network Space, Mark Bailey, Managing Director for Landwood Group, and Paul Reeves, Managing Director for Kroll.
