Savills launch Bath homes
Bath’s Holburne Park has been launched with strong interest from prospective buyers in this new classically-styled development. The sales launch came as Robert Adam, the acclaimed architect who created the homes and whose firm designed the Duchy of Cornwall’s Poundbury in Dorset, won a major international prize.
Robert Adam, director of ADAM Architecture, has been named the recipient of the highest value architecture award in the world, the Richard H. Driehaus Prize at the University of Notre Dame, which has a prize value of $200,000 (over £160,000).
Vicky Dudbridge, Associate Director at Savills, said, “We have had excellent feedback, what’s really stimulating interest is the location, which combines a rural, village-like feel and amazing views and yet is so close to the centre of the city, combined with the design of the homes and tremendous attention to detail.”
