The IAM Sold southern team has achieved £1.2m for a six-bedroom property in Felbridge, West Sussex, the highest value sale IAM Sold has completed since its inception in 2009.

The property, on the market via agent Howard Cundey, was a secluded retreat with approximately one acre of grounds. It was marketed online using the Modern Method of Auction and sold within 34 days for £10,000 above the starting bid.

Since establishing its Southern arm in 2016, IAM Sold, the largest independent provider of auction services, now has 450 partners within the region, including a combination of both independent and corporate agents. For every sale agreed, the vendor’s minimum figure has been achieved.
