Strawberry Star Group, a London-based international property company, has marked its entry into the London’s residential property development market with the launch of BRONZE a £50 million scheme in Wandsworth designed to provide first time buyers with new homes at lower capital values.

The development will provide 77 apartments, including one-bed (26), two-bed (44), three-bed (1), studio (1) and penthouses (5) with price ranging from £465k to £1.5m. The commercial space available at the development is 25,000 sq ft, which is handed over to the vendor Workspace.

Work on the scheme will commence soon with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2019.
