Colliers International sells site for £16 million

Balham High Road development imageActing on behalf of Indigo Scott, a private, family-run development company, The Residential Development team at Colliers International has sold 266 Balham High Road, a site with planning consent for 71 apartments, off a guide price of £16 million. Flats within the development have been priced by Colliers’ New Homes department and it is expected that the purchaser, Joseph Homes, a mid-sized London housebuilder, aims to achieve in excess of the following for each unit type; £450,000 for 1 bedroom apartments, £650,000 for 2-bedroom apartments and in excess of £825,000 for 3 bedroom apartments.

Andrew White of Colliers International, who advised Indigo Scott, said, “The consent for the new development in one of London’s most sought after boroughs will provide city workers with excellent transport links to Central London.”
