Agency giant expands territory with latest acquisition
LRG has purchased long-established West Midlands agency Doolittle & Dalley as it continues to grow.

LRG has expanded its territory into a new area of the West Midlands through acquisition of a well-established independent agency.
The firm has purchased Doolittle & Dalley, which was founded more than 130 years ago, and remained within the same family hands for over a century.
Growing network
Doolittle and Dalley offers residential sales, lettings, commercial lettings and block management. It has two offices, in Kidderminster (pictured) and Bridgnorth.
The acquisition brings another established regional business into LRG’s growing network, with all staff transferring to LRG following completion.
And the Doolittle and Dalley business will continue to operate under the same name.
London agency Farrar & Co was also snapped up by LRG in April.
Doolittle & Dalley is a business with real history in its local market.”

Matthew Light, Group Mergers & Acquisitions Director at LRG, says: “Doolittle & Dalley is a business with real history in its local market.
“It has remained trusted within the community for generations, which says a great deal about the strength of the team and the relationships they have built over time.”
Strong position

Richard Hall, Director at Doolittle & Dalley, says: “Doolittle & Dalley has always focused on local knowledge, long-term relationships and providing a consistent service to clients across the region.
“In considering the future of the business, the priority was to find the right long-term home for Doolittle & Dalley, with the strength and stability to support both staff and clients.”
He went on to say: “LRG stood out because it shares our focus on local relationships and consistent service, while bringing the support, scale and experience to help the business continue building on its strong local position.”
