Chains breaking? Join the latest Agents Giving charity cycle initiative!
The property industry is being urged to 'get on yer bike' for The Great British Property Cycle being organised by Agents Giving.
Industry charity, Agents Giving, are hoping to raise £100,000 from this year’s cycle challenge, which will be donated to The Trussell Trust.
The organisation is looking for 1,000 people to take part in the event, being held throughout October, which can include property professionals, friends and family members.
Each participant must raise a minimum of £100, and can cycle any distance in their own time, choosing to hop on their road bike, mountain bike or static bike, or a combination. in your office or in your front room. All we ask is that you raise a minimum of £100 per person.
David Newnes, Agents Giving Chairman, commented: “Join in this October as we collectively ride around the British Isles. Every £10 raised for charity will move us one mile forward on the map of the UK. So, what are you waiting for? Be that one in a thousand by registering below.”
Last year, 50 property people joined the Strava app and together pledged to cycle a distance of 5,000 miles, which is the approximate distance around the coastline of Great Britain.
The target was surpassed, with the fundraisers cycling a total of 7,357 miles and raising over £10,000, and Agents Giving is aiming even higher this year.
