Present and correct? Estate agency to deliver Santa letters
Dart & Partners in Devon has told local children that it will deliver their Christmas letters directly to Father Christmas.

The Teignmouth branch of estate agents Dart & Partners has set up a special Christmas postbox outside its office in The Triangle, promising to deliver children’s letters directly to Santa and that he will reply by Christmas Eve to any that reach him before 22nd December.
The initiative was first introduced three years ago by Jen Murray (pictured), Branch Manager at Dart & Partners Teignmouth, who is well known locally for her charity fundraising work.
We have received lots of gorgeous requests from children over the years and lots of parents tell us how much it means to them when they receive their personalised responses from Santa!”
Speaking exclusively to The Negotiator, Murray says, “We have received lots of gorgeous requests from children over the years and lots of parents tell us how much it means to them when they receive their personalised responses from Santa!”

“One young boy,” she added, “asked if his dad could have Christmas Day off work so they could spend it together, and Santa wrote back to explain that he might have to ask his boss. And they are not all requests for presents. One just wrote to say how excited they were to leave out cookies and milk for Santa.”
The post box is now a popular festive feature in the area and, as Christmas comes closer, Murray expects the excitement and the number of letters to keep building.
Dart & Partners is an independent estate agency on Devon’s south coast that was established in 1971, and has branches in Teignmouth, Shaldon and Dawlish.
