‘Foxtons can do so much more’ says Gittins as he takes up reins

Ex-Chestertons chief executive will focus harder on core business to drive sales and revitalise the firms vigour and visibility.

Guy Gittins returned to the Foxtons fold as Chief Executive Officer yesterday with big plans to take the London-based estate agency to an even higher level.

Gittins, who stepped down as ChestertonsCEO earlier this year, first worked for Foxtons between 2002 to 2006, rising through the ranks from junior negotiator to sales manager at its south Kensington office.

At Chestertons he is widely acknowledged as transforming the agency into a technology-led, performance-focused business, winning market share and significantly growing the lettings business both via acquisition and organically.

Foxtons is the largest estate agency in London for sales and lettings instructions.”
