ET sell home! Alien duo set up shop in estate agency
Extra Terrestrial pilots and their craft will be making a splash within the branch of Hackney firm Location, Location.

Two aliens and their crashed spacecraft have taken up residency at an estate agency in Hackney, London as the firm prepares for Halloween at the end of this month.
The estate agency behind the promotional exercise is Location Location on Stoke Newington’s Church Street.
Its marketing executive Joel Brown tells The Neg that the two extra terrestrial pilots are called Gina and Clive and will be living in the firm’s branch window until 2nd November.
The 20-year-old company has been using its window for unusual Halloween windows displays during the past 10 years, although this year around its came at some personal cost to the estate agency’s team.
Each year has been a little more ambitious than the last, but this is the first time the shop has had visitors from another planet.”
Brown says: “The UFO was built by our managing directors Vicky Bibiris (main image, inset) and her brother Panni, who unfortunately chopped off his finger during the build, had it stitched back on, and went straight back to work.
“The aliens were named by George, a young local pupil who helped build them. The window is also part of the Trick or Eat trail supporting Hackney Foodbank.
Past Halloween windows have included huge dragons and werewolves. “Each year has been a little more ambitious than the last, but this is the first time the shop has had visitors from another planet,” says Brown.
Bibiris adds: “We do this for our community. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing people stop, smile and take photos, and hearing what our neighbours have to say about it, makes every minute worthwhile.”
