Ambitious independent estate agency opens fifth branch in four years
North West estate agency Curtlett Jones is about to open its fifth branch in four years after surviving a launch during Covid.
Estate and lettings agency Curlett Jones Estates is continuing its rapid expansion and opened a fifth branch, this time in Liverpool, following the launching of the business just four years ago.
Life partners Peter Curlett and Alan Jones (pictured), who are operations director and managing director respectively, defied the COVID pandemic to open their first branch in Southport’s Lord Street in August 2020.
While Southport remains Curlett Jones’ head office, a further three branches have been added to its portfolio in the last 12 months and staff members have doubled to 16.
They now have branches in Waterloo, Newcastle, Cardiff and the new Liverpool City Centre branch will open in the next 6 months.

The agency is also taking its commitment to the wider community seriously. A sponsor of Sefton Pride since the event was created in 2023 going on to become headline sponsor in 2024.
