Fine & Country has launched a newly refreshed suite of ‘For Sale’ boards as part of the brand’s “ongoing evolution” for its 25th anniversary in 2026.

The new boards feature the recently unveiled Fine & Country logo. The agency said the refresh is intended to create a more contemporary brand presence across its international network, while remaining recognisable and reflecting both the its heritage and future ambitions.

Our ‘For Sale’ boards are one of the most powerful expressions of our brand in the market.”

Emilie Despois (pictured), Chief Marketing Officer at Fine & Country, says: “Our ‘For Sale’ boards are one of the most powerful expressions of our brand in the market.

“As we mark our 25th Anniversary, it was essential that this highly visible touchpoint reflects the quality, consistency and sophistication that define Fine & Country.”

Premium positioning

“This refresh is about more than design, it’s about strengthening our presence, supporting our agents in competitive markets, and ensuring every interaction with the brand reinforces our premium positioning.”

The agency says the new boards were developed by its marketing and design teams working alongside the National Advisory Council. Changes were made to elements, including layout, typography and finish, with the aim of improving visibility while maintaining the agency’s established look and feel.

It adds that the boards have been refined to balance prominence with a more understated appearance.

They are now being rolled out across Fine & Country‘s international network of more than 300 locations. It has also arranged a recycling scheme for existing boards as part of the launch, with materials being reprocessed for future use.
