TPFG has leveraged the reach of its 15 agency brands and their 150,000-strong lettings book to agree an unusual and exclusive deal with the PIB-Barbon referencing and insurance specialists Let Alliance and HomeLet.

The agency group’s boss Gareth Samples (pictured) says the deal will enable TPFG’s franchisees, landlords and tenants to access the Vision Plus portal that gives them access to these services.

Vision Plus was launched in 2021 as a one-stop-shop for tenant onboarding and processing including pre-tenancy, referencing and tenancy agreement e-signing, along with all the other PIB/Barbon services including same-day referencing, rent guarantee insurance, landlord insurance, ‘nil deposits’, utilities and CMP.
